Our Vision

We are an organization of progressive women of African descent whose voice
and force for gender equity and sociopolitical advancement drives meaningful change to benefit women of color.

Our Mission

The NC100BW advocates on behalf of women of color through national and
local actions and strategic alliances that promote its national and
international agendas on leadership development and on gender equity in
health, education and economic development.

Our Values

We actively promote gender equity through our plans, activities and programs.
We work collectively to leverage our political and economic influence.
Living and modeling the ideals we proclaim are critical to our success.
We demonstrate respect for, recognize the accomplishments of, and share in the success of women of color.
We enable the identification and development of leaders across our communities.
