The Breakthrough Women program was started in 1988 under the leadership of Attorney Fay Williams. Since that time, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women-Indianapolis Chapter, Inc. has recognized over 100 Black women in the Indianapolis community who have broken through barriers...who have achieved a level of accomplishment far above and beyond that which is considered typical in her profession. Indeed, they are Breakthrough Women. |
